The Fourth EU–CELAC Summit will take place on 9 and 10 November 2025 in Santa Marta, Colombia.

Supported by the EU–LAC Foundation, one of our partner institutions, this summit represents a major milestone in strengthening cooperation between the European Union and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).

The event will be co-chaired by Gustavo Petro, President of Colombia and current CELAC pro tempore president, and António Costa, President of the European Council. It will provide a platform to align regional agendas and foster collaboration amidst ongoing global transformations.
